Life-Size Candyland Party

We know I love to throw a party...especially one with a theme. And when I was trying to come up with a Galentine's Day themed party, I thought what better than adult Candyland? Meaning that each land would have a different minute-to-win-it game with a fun drink reward at the end. And you know what? It was a blast! Everyone was super into it, the decorations came out cute and it was also super cheap to do...I think it was about $30 total — including alcohol! All of the decorations came from the Dollar Tree (my fave). What do y'all think? Would you ever throw a Candyland party?

For the Peppermint Forest I used this drink and we played Pictionary.

The Gumdrop Mountains were a play off of this drink and we did the streamer game where you try to cover a teammate in the most streamers in 30 seconds.

Lollipop Woods probably had the simplest drink (vodka, Sprite & a Tootsie Pop) and we played cookie face (where you try to get a cookie from your forehead to your mouth only using your face muscles).

The Ice Cream Sea's drink was my favorite and this was played with charades.

Our final land involved a Jeopardy-style trivia and this drink (see the shot glasses I made below).

I also made this Galentine's-themed charcuterie board with tons of pink sweets (it was a huge hit).
