On My Desk

As you can tell I am so excited for Europe. This begins my blog posting about the trip. As I plan mine I will give y'all some of my tips on traveling a really big trip. Here is the first:

I always start by getting out my 1,000 Places To See Before You Die, I don't go by everything in it, but I am a big fan of lists so it is perfect. I also try to find the perfect notebook for notes. This notebook has an illustration of San Fran on the cover with a quote about travel--"always have a suitcase heart." I start making a list of things everyone thinks I should see.

Hope everyone is having a great week. I've been having mental break-downs lately, thanks IB! But I am feeling a little more confident. Tomorrow is my dreaded IB Spanish Oral. I think I can do it & just in case I can't I'm studying with Bri today after school.
In other news, I have submitted three scholarship applications this week!

Strawberry Cupcakes

I am not a big fruit cake person. I love strawberries and I love cake, but usually separately. However, Caline and I found this recipe a few years ago and it coupled with Sprinkles icing is the perfect combo.

Articles I'm Reading

This week has been wonderful. Three days of school is the best kind of school. This weekend I am expecting to fly by, lunch with Caline tomorrow and rehearsal tomorrow afternoon. Plus I have the dreaded Spanish oral this coming Thursday :( However, Tuesday I am going to Tampa for a Yankees/FSU game & having dinner at the Columbia (my favorite!). Then Friday Rianna & I are off to volunteer at a Red Sox game. Anyway, Buzz Feed has been getting me through these past few weeks, enjoy!
