Last week my spirit group initiated two new members at the LBJ Library. It was a beautiful event and everyone was so adorable that I just had to make a post about it. I am wearing this dress and similar to these heels-xoxo darling, Hayden.

Week Re-Cap
I stayed at The Driskill Hotel {post coming soon!}
during the week and I had to sit in the lobby till the wee hours
finishing my homework. At least there were pretty flowers to soothe me.
The University Fashion Group puts on a fashion show to
showcase the senior designers every year, this year's theme was

The Food Diaries: St. Philip Pizza Parlor & Bakeshop
Over Easter my amazing friend, Hannah & I went to St. Philip a pizza parlor with a fantastic brunch! The atmosphere is that of a hipster/the Hampton's paradise. They even have a bakeshop attached!
Brunch includes a menu of pizzas and breakfast foods. Hannah ordered the S'mores Waffles & I got a Bakery Plate. I also had the coffee which was fantastic {so much so I even got some to go}.
The Bakery Plate is the perfect item to start your introduction into the St. Philips menu. It came with delicious toasted bread, strawberry preserves & fresh butter, a square buttermilk biscuit, cinnamon-pecan mini loaf, and a chocolate-oat pastry. I mean does that not sound like a beautiful meal?! IT WAS.
"The S'mores waffles was pure heaven. The waffles were with graham crackers and had the perfect waffle texture. The chocolate gravy was basically pure melted chocolate; it was amazing. And the roasted marshmallows on the side was just the icing on the cake. These waffles definitely lived up to their name and I can’t wait to go back for more," said Hannah.
I went back for dinner with my family & grabbed a pizza with meatballs. It was delicious! The crust was perfectly thin and crisp and the meatballs were homemade.
For dessert DO NOT MISS the banana pudding cake. It tastes just like banana pudding but in cake form...I know really descriptive but seriously it is amazing.

Week Re-Cap
It seems like every week I say to myself "don't worry this one won't be as crazy" and every week it turns out to be a lie. It is not that I don't like being busy, because I love it, but sometimes we all need a breather...oh well! Last week was awesome! I did a lot of volunteering, found out I will be an Athletic Recruitment Volunteer for UT *squeals,* had an amazing snow cone, supported some clubs I am in, watched baseball, ate a lot of food in general, and so much more! This week thus far I have been to meeting after lecture after class, and that will not stop! Tomorrow is the release party for Spark Magazine, a publication I have been working with this semester and I am so excited to see the issue! Friday I am off camping with Comm Council, Saturday I have UT's spring game, Sunday brings the Target x Lilly opening & brunch with my Ladybird sisters. If that isn't a crazy week, you should see next week! Anyway, what are y'all up to? -xoxo darling, Hayden
My spirit group participated in 10,000 Roses. We passed out white roses to represent the people that died in one day at Auschwitz during the Holocaust.
My amazing fam kidnapped me so I could have my first "amazing" snow cone experience.
I will admit it was delicious! I had mango and vanilla...
at Casey's New Orleans SnowBalls.
Aren't they cute?
That same night the fashion magazine I work for had something at Langford Market.
Some of The Ladybirds came out to support as well.
Brunching at Frank
Catching some UT baseball...
...with the fam.
Took my dad boots shopping for his birthday.
I seriously love this place.
I took the pledge to stop sexual assault on my campus.
