It might be pathetic, but I have had a recent "re-interest" in One Direction. I know they are "awful" but there is something so catchy about their songs! And honestly Taylor Swift, One Direction, and Disney get me through exam weeks. They are so happy and I cannot stop listening to them. But I also love my indies and we'll get back to those songs in June-xoxo darling, Hayden.

To Do

Formal high school is over. Now it is less than a month till I put all of that in my rearview mirror. Praise! I decided to make a list of things I want to accomplish this summer before I go to college. Hopefully I get to them all & stay tuned-xoxo darling, Hayden.

On My Nails

So back in December when I bought Essie's Toggle to the Top, I was really excited. I was headed to the National Championship and wanted to up my "nail game." Unfortunately, this color looks super pretty in the bottle but when I paint my nails they come out super rough and kind of ugly...despite the number of top coats I put on. In the end it is great to look at but not great to actually use-xoxo darling, Hayden.

Saturday Inspiration

Happy Saturday! I am off to my final Irish dance Ceili. Then I am vegging out on Chinese food and Netflix {speaking of which, any suggestions?}. Sunday I am baking Orange Crunch Cupcakes & studying up for my final English test. The next week is a full one {including my last three days of school!!!!}. What are you up to this weekend?

As you may know we have been planning our Europe trip for months now and it is exactly one month away!!!!!!! I cannot wait to be sipping coffee in one of the great cafes of Vienna, bathing at an ancient bath in Budapest, and trying all different kinds of beer in Prague. What are you reading this weekend?

Reading List

It is almost summer, I can taste it! I have exactly a week left of formal school and then I start my exams...that is terrifying. Costal Living Summer

I am going to be brutally honest, I am not the biggest fan of Costal Living. I think it focuses too much on houses and table settings and not enough on the actual coast {which Southern Living is starting to do and I am not happy about it!}. However my Mama still brings them home so occasionally I read them. And for some reason, this time I fell in love. Their May issue has so many great things in it that I have cut them out and posted them on my bulletin board.

On My Nails

I realize I have not posted an "On My Nails" in weeks and I apologize. This week I painted them Essie's Naughty Nautical. And to be completely honest I am not in love. The name is amazing but the actual polish doesn't go on real well and it doesn't shine. I do not do matte and I certainly am not okay with a polish that should shine that doesn't. So I probably would only paint my nails this color if I had to...and that is why I did not take a photo with my nails this week. 

 P.S. This was my prom mani and I am obsessed with it...probably because it was my favorite color.
