Retreat Spring 2016
My spirit organizaiton made our annual trek to the LBJ National Historic Site {see last year's} and despite the rain we had a great time! I've included a few of the photos because the spot on the Pedernales River is gorgeous & the house is so cute-xoxo darling, Hayden.

Week Re-Cap
OH MY GOODNESS, it is Wednesday, that means I have less than two weeks left in the amazing city that is Austin, Texas. I am kind of freaking out about that because there is still so much to be done {projects, papers, finals} not to mention {packing, cleaning} and of course {crying}. Some of my best friends are graduating in May so I have quite a few "last meals" with people and events to celebrate. All of the posts over the next week and a half are planned out and will post on the regular schedule but they will probably lack some personal touches because I will be studying. I hope that y'all are doing well on your finals {if you have them} & that you are excited for the summer to start {I know I am, London here I come}-xoxo darling, Hayden.
Getting caught up with an iced latte at Mozart's on Thursday.
Followed by a Czech movie!
And donuts...of course.
After an amazing photoshoot at East Austin Succulents we tried Summermoon.

Lilly in the Snow
So if y'all didn't already know I am kind of obsessed with the brand Kiel James Patrick. Not so much their stuff but their brand as a whole. Their instagram accounts & blogs are absolutely amazing. So when I saw that I would be going right through where their supposed factory is, I knew I had to stop by. I have no clue if they actually work from there or if it is just the address listed on their site, but that is the building so there you go!

A Day in the Texas Hill Country
A few weeks ago the bestie and I ventured into the Texas Hill Country {not that it is a new territory for us or anything}. We lunched in Dripping Springs, took a nap on Pedernales Falls, visited Luckenbach, and then had dinner in Fredericksburg. It was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday! Below I have photos of what we did including captions with links to everything so if you are ever in the hill country you can do them too! Let me know your favorite things-xoxo darling, Hayden.
Thyme & Dough is in Dripping Springs and my former roommate Devi is from there & suggested it. Hannah & I loved it! Their pesto sandwich was perfect accompanied by the lemon {for Hannah} & Italian Wedding cake {for me}.
Their table numbers were so cute: "Isn't it lovely out today!"
Just casually posing among the Bluebonnets.
Pedernales Falls is Hannah & I's favorite place
{possibly in the state of Texas}.
Luckenbach is quite possibly one of the cutest places in Texas.
Hannah was literally freaking out the entire time we were there
& there was live music!
The Luckenbach dance hall was so cute!
We ate dinner at Pasta Bella in Fredericksburg & then grabbed some {delicious}
fudge at Lone Star Candy Bar.

Week Re-Cap
What a week. It started off really great, went to a concert, took Libby's senior photos, went on a retreat, went to a dinner party, but it has ended in some not so great times. I woke up Monday morning not feeling well and Tuesday spent all day in bed watching bad movies {the bad where they are so good kind}. I am feeling better today & I have a super important speech tonight at Council meeting so wish me luck! Friday I am supposed to go to a party & Saturday I will be kayaking. What are y'all up to? -xoxo darling, Hayden.
My video partner & I participating in the #IAmExcellent campgain on campus.
My big in Comm Council is now president!
Missing Rhode Island a lot this week {via}.
On Thursday night Hannah & I went to a charity concert thrown by Matthew McConaughey featuring Dierks Bentley & Kasey Musgraves!
I tried Bubble Tea for the first time & I kind of liked it!
I took Libby's senior photos & they turned out so good!
The Ladybirds retreat was on Saturday {photos coming soon!}.
Saturday night some of my friends hosted an Ina Garten dinner party.
We each had to make an Ina dish & everyone's was delicious!
My lemon bars were one of the best desserts according to everyone at the party.
The tablescape was so cute!
Sophie is Ina Garten.
Hannah's Honors Day was on Sunday for Moody so I went to support the bestie.
Her mom is honestly one of the sweetest people!
It was LB's initiation on Monday {and we had to do it inside due to rain}.
If you couldn't tell I was super proud of the amazing group of women we have this semester.
The little got initiated {while wearing Lilly I might add}!

A Day at the Beach
When I was home for spring break I had the opportunity to go out to Boca Grande {my favorite place where I live as discussed here, here, here, here, and here}. However, it was not exactly how I planned for it to be. A huge, thick fog surrounded the island so it ended up looking like Seattle/San Francisco/Oregon instead of Florida. But that didn't stop my dad & I from having a good time! Have any of y'all been to Boca Grande? -xoxo darling, Hayden.
The classic Boca Grande lighthouse.
There has been a lot of erosion on the beach {it doesn't change how fabulous it is} so the steps don't touch the ground! {via}
Fresh fish & chips at Miller's Dockside: my family's
favorite place to eat on island.

Week Re-Cap
Oh what a fabulous week. The end of last week went really well and the beginning of this week has been great! As y'all could see on my Instagram & Snapchat {hayden213} I was in Boston & then parts of Rhode Island! It was such a fun weekend getaway and I got to cross some things off my 101 in 1001! This week is the Moody College of Communication Week of which I am the chair so it is stressful but fun at the same time. How are y'all doing? -xoxo darling, Hayden.
A study session with some of my sisters.
Finally got to try the new Ice Scrapers.
Friendly's pancakes started out our family vacation.
I got to see Bri!!!
And Justine!!!
Some super pretty gelato on Newbury Street {via}.
WE SAW SNOW ON SUNDAY!
