Quotes of the Week

Today is the first day of orientation {AHHHH!}. I am so excited to finally meet some of the people I will be spending the next four years with. I am also terrified {people have compared it to the Hunger Games!}...but I am sure I will have a wonderful time. In a few weeks I will publish my guide to freshman orientation {the what to wear, what to bring, what to expect, etc}. For the mean time, enjoy these quotes, have a great Monday & xoxo darling, Hayden.

Saturday Inspiration

Hello fabulous darlings! I am somewhere in the panhandle of Florida at the moment, headed toward Baton Rouge. It feels really weird to be about to pass through a town that I might have decided to spend four years of my life in...ahh but Austin is where my heart lies. Other than that, I am so excited to be on my way to freshman orientation {I will be making a guide on how to survive that once I get back}! I am looking forward to meeting my {hopefully} new roommate, Devi, and meeting a ton of new people. On the side I have been working on my sorority paperwork, and I am thinking about applying for an editor position at the Cactus yearbook. So my life is a tad bit hectic at the moment, but that is good! Have a great Saturday, you can follow mine on Instagram and Twitter {tweet me to tell me what you're up to!}-xoxo darling, Hayden.

This would look so cute with a white eyelet dress.

Cranberry-Orange donuts? Yes please!

Currently loving: words instead of candles.

The greatest city!

Simple floppy hats are the best kind.

Some Outtakes

I had a fabulous time in Orlando this past weekend with my favorite ladies. We went paddle-boating, watched "She's The Man," ate at Benihana, played games, visited the Magic Kingdom, and lounged poolside. Below are some random shots from the trip-xoxo darling, Hayden.

 Bethany's goat escaped while she was giving them extra food before we left.

We had to stop because Bethany got an email for a free Starbucks drink...so we all took advantage

The three graduating seniors {Kenya, Me, Paige}

Princess Selfie

We played Pictionary and I got the word {under 'Person, Place, or Thing'} Mosque. MOSQUE. HOW DO YOU DRAW A MOSQUE?! So it was a joke whenever we saw something someone thought looked like a Mosque to take a photo of it.

Good morning darlings! I am off to grab a bagel with the fam then off to Pine Island for a day with my French "Grand-Mama." I haven't seen her since our birthday {we are both on Feb. 13th!} and I have been looking forward to this day for a long time. In other news, this time next week I will be on the final leg of my trip to Austin {I'll probably be somewhere in the middle of Louisiana!}. I am extremely excited but also really, really, really nervous! However, I finally will get to meet my {hopefully!} future roommate {hi Devi!} and explore Austin even more than the last time I was there. Other than that my week will be working on blog posts {I promise the rest of Europe will be posting soon! As well as Orlando/Daytona/Saint Augustine!}, sleeping, indulging in Netflix {I'm really into foreign films right now....}, and working on getting sorority paperwork done. Speaking of which, if you are in/were in a sorority and you would like to write me a letter of reference that would be awesome, you can email me here
What are y'all up to this fine Sunday? And what are your plans for the week? Let me know below-xoxo darling, Hayden.
P.S. Isn't this "quote" funny?!

Budapest {Day 5}

After a really early morning train, we arrived in Budapest, Hungary. It was another gloomy day but we pushed through and visited Buda Castle, the Fisherman's Bastion, Fortuna {a local cafeteria style restuarant}, the Children's Railway, and Karpatia. Overall my favorite thing was the precious Children's Railway. It was so much fun & totally not what I expected, but that is what's great about travel-xoxo darling, Hayden.
