Homemade Chipotle Queso

Since it won't stop snowing, I thought I'd share with y'all one of my new favorite recipes. It's perfect for cold weather, it'll keep ya all warm inside. Enjoy — xoxo darling, Hayden.
Chipotle Queso:

You'll Need:

-1 tablespoon butter
-4 ounces cream cheese
-1 1/2 cups whole milk
-12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-1 tablespoon flour
-2 chipotle adobo peppers
Instructions:
1. Heat skillet with butter, cream cheese and milk, until mostly blended.
2. Add your cheese and flour to the mix, slowly.
3. Once it's nice and cheesy add your peppers.
4. Serve hot with some bread!

Troubleshooting:

I used a recipe from Half Baked Harvest, but I didn't follow the instructions super well — my cream cheese was straight out of the fridge and my peppers went in whole. None of that really detracted from the taste and I still loved it. I think as long as you get everything melted together, it will taste delicious.
