I bake a lot, as you all know, but it has taken a whole new level. At my moms office, an email was sent to my good friend Katie (who is my PR director) asking her to ask me to bake them some cupcakes. Since it was already a good friend of mines birthday, I decided to grant their request. And since I was on a chocolate binge I came up with the idea of Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. It is a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting dunked in mini chocolate chips. To save time I used Pillsbury devils food cake mix.
Dump mix into bowl
Pour 1 cup of hot water into bowl
Along with 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients + 3 eggs
Spoon out cupcake mix into cupcake pans.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
Add 1 stick of butter and 8oz of cream cheese together
Mix until each are incorporated
Slowly add in 32oz of powdered sugar
Final Product!
Mini Chocolate Chips
Ta-Da!
