My parents have a vintage Trivial Pursuit so I pulled it out for a fam game.
What an up and down week it has been. Capitol insurrection was, obviously, the major topic. The day it happened I was in a work zone (for that big project coming out in May) so I barely knew it was happening. Then something really exciting happened that involved my dad and I speeding across town that night. So...yeah. What those terrorists did was insurrection, domestic terrorism and a showing of white supremacy that, being honest, terrifies me to my core. That there is that much hatred in those people is devastating. I demand impeachment of Trump and the removal of Hawley and Cruz from the Senate. And that the book is thrown at those terrorists as it should be. What they did will never be okay in this country and it never should be. In happier news, we visited Sarasota County this weekend for a little day trip and ended up at a beautiful state park (see photos below). How are y'all doing? — xoxo darling, Hayden
