Summer Drink Week: Frozen Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is basically the drink of the summer, right? So, why not make it frozen and put it in some cute glasses? 

 Frozen Aperol Spritz Recipe: 

You'll Need:

- 3 cups ice

- 1 cup orange juice

- 1 cup champagne

- 1/2 cup Aperol

- blender

(makes ~ two glasses)

Instructions:

1. Pre-blend/crush ice going between the blender settings until it's a sno-cone consistency. 

2. Add all your liquid ingredients and blend until combined. It should be a nice, light orange color. 

3. Pour into two glasses & enjoy!

Troubleshooting:

Depending on how you like your Aperol Spritz you can add or subtract the amount of liquids you put in. I liked that I could taste everything in this version.
