I was laying in bed a few weeks ago, planning the picnic I hosted (here) and thought about these cookies. My grandmother and I had baked them when I was really little out of my favorite cookbook ever — The Rainbow Bakery by Gold Medal Flour. These little cookies are super easy to make and they are kind of the perfect summer recipe. Good for a bbq, picnic or just to snack on — plus, they make a TON. What do y'all think? - xoxo darling, Hayden.

3. Make & bake your cookies!
Troubleshooting:
-Here's the thing, these cookies are basically impossible to mess up. I truly thought I had screwed them up but I didn't! You can put them close together on the baking sheet, they don't grow a ton but they do make a ton, so you'll probably have to do multiple loads. But they cook real fast!
