Eiffel Cafe

In fourth grade I was part of my OM team (Odyssey of the Mind). I was in-charge of my little group and we decided to make a float that went through different countries. It was one of the hardest things I ever did, I learned how to deal with people who did not like me and how to have an amazing time while doing some serious thinking. One of my many parts during the "parade"was as a chic girl at a Parisian cafe. My mama's co-worker let me borrow the scarf below. She has since passed (although she beat cancer twice!). Before she retired she gave me this scarf, and I treasure it because I am a total Francophile. 

     On another note, I had no idea there would be an Eiffel tower in the courtyard of Lush Bakery downtown, but there was! Also, I was originally going to be sipping a hot coffee, but it was scorching out so I opted for a Peppermint Mocha Frappe without the whip. Have a great Tuesday!
