It is insane that it is already going to be July and that I am coming up with my Fourth outfit, but here we are! My dad spotted this dress in Target and it is perfect for the day, I love the little curly details along the edges. It is super comfortable, made out of stretch-y tee-shirt material and overall pretty flattering. The bag is also Target {clearly a theme} that I am thinking about DIY-ing...we shall see.
