Y'all, I am so sorry for not posting anything yesterday! I have been relaxing with my family and just in general keeping everything very calm. Recently, I've been using the Sleep Analysis on the Health App on my iPhone and the past week I've been getting about 9 hours of sleep a night...very different from the 2-4 hours I was averaging during my last few weeks of classes.
