Haute Table Turns Eight!

Eight years. EIGHT FREAKING YEARS. This is wild. But at the same time not wild at all. I can't imagine my life without the blog, especially now that we are living in a global pandemic. Haute Table has been providing me with more joy than it has in a long time because it's incredibly hard to be creative when you barely leave your house. I also have had more time than ever before to focus on it and I'm enjoying that. I want to thank you all for reading/commenting/following the blog because without you...let's be honest I'd still be doing this, but it wouldn't be nearly as much fun.

Can you believe we've spent, almost, 3,000 days together? In the last year we've been through ups-and-downs, learned even more about one another and just had a blast. I'm in love with this year's birthday photos by the way. Every August these sunflowers bloom out near the Denver airport and I like to drag my friends on the hour long drive out there. We found an extra special field this year and I just adore how they came out!

And normally here I would talk about what I anticipate for the next year. But I can't really tell you...even more than normal...what I think the eighth year looks like at www.hautetableblog.com. I'm excited, don't get me wrong, but the pandemic has made me less excited to buy clothes & take outfit photos but I have enjoyed doing more link round-ups and I think this situation has made me more creative. I will say, I'm going home (to Florida) indefinitely in late November — mainly for the holidays — so December/vlogmas (if I decide to do it) will look really different this year. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let me know what you'd like to see on the blog this year. It is so helpful to be helpful to you!

As always I updated my about page & made a post talking about the most popular and my favorite blog posts from the last 365 days. In the photos I'm wearing this dress and these shoes. The sunglasses are old from Old Navy and the exact balloon is from here

See y'all tomorrow for the beginning of another successful year! Cheers darlings — xoxo, Hayden.
