Dole Whip seems to be one of the most summer desserts I can think of. A couple months ago Disney gave out their recipe and I've just added one ingredient to make it a bit creamier. I hope you enjoy — xoxo darling, Hayden.
Dole Whip Recipe
You'll Need:
1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
6 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
1. Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until it's smoothe.
2. Pour it into a glass, add a straw & enjoy.
Troubleshooting:
Okay, I'm not a huge fan of pineapple because it's stringy, so I will admit I put my dole whip through a strainer (which makes it more into a piña colada...which adding rum to this is not a bad idea).
