Week Re-Cap

Beautiful coffee from Lula Rose General Store.

Well, it is snowing like crazy outside so I am tucked up in my bed, with the covers pulled over my head writing some articles for work. I went out late last night for dinner {mainly pie} and milk so I could make hot chocolate today. My plan is to work until I'm off and then sit with a good book, multiple cups of hot chocolate and watch the snow fall. My hope is this is the last bad storm of the winter, because it was 61 yesterday !! THAT IS SPRING. We shall see, this blizzard may have other ideas. 

In other news, this past week has been lovely. Lots of time by myself, which I think I need but also time with some friends. I got a massage, saw Captain Marvel, tried three different coffee shops and baked. Truly, it was just a lovely week. The week ahead also looks nice, I have a few events/meetings to round out the week. Then I'm trying to convince some friends to do something for St. Patrick's Day because as a former Irish dancer, if you're not drinking green beer on the 17th, what are you doing?

I have a monthly meeting near downtown and I stumbled across this coffee shop directly across from the building that is adorable {and serves alcohol!}.
