Corvus Coffee opened in Littleton and I tried their pumpkin croissant.
Well as I type this it's snowing in Denver. Yes, you read that right. Snow. In September. Early September. This is the earliest it has done while I've lived here and let me say...not a fan. Usually we get eased into the cold weather. The temperatures begin their gradual drop-off and then snow arrives as flurries in mid-October. I can handle that. On Monday it was 96 degrees, I awoke Tuesday morning to 34 degrees. What on earth? BUT, I did have a good week and a productive one at that. Tried some new restaurants, filmed a bunch of TikToks and did some...fall (?) cleaning. Plus, Marcus booked a flight to come see me in early October — needless to say I'm thrilled.
