International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Today we wear red in support of all the women who came before us, women fighting for their rights today {aka all of us} and the women of the future. As a feminist, this day means a lot to me. I will be wearing my red and working with my chapter of the American Association of University Women. I am so proud to be a woman and I know when we all band together we have so much power. The future is female, after-all.
