The Food Diaries: St. Philip Pizza Parlor & Bakeshop

Over Easter my amazing friend, Hannah & I went to St. Philip a pizza parlor with a fantastic brunch! The atmosphere is that of a hipster/the Hampton's paradise. They even have a bakeshop attached!
Brunch includes a menu of pizzas and breakfast foods. Hannah ordered the S'mores Waffles & I got a Bakery Plate. I also had the coffee which was fantastic {so much so I even got some to go}.
The Bakery Plate is the perfect item to start your introduction into the St. Philips menu. It came with delicious toasted bread, strawberry preserves & fresh butter, a square buttermilk biscuit, cinnamon-pecan mini loaf, and a chocolate-oat pastry. I mean does that not sound like a beautiful meal?! IT WAS.
"The S'mores waffles was pure heaven. The waffles were with graham crackers and had the perfect waffle texture. The chocolate gravy was basically pure melted chocolate; it was amazing. And the roasted marshmallows on the side was just the icing on the cake. These waffles definitely lived up to their name and I can’t wait to go back for more," said Hannah.
I went back for dinner with my family & grabbed a pizza with meatballs. It was delicious! The crust was perfectly thin and crisp and the meatballs were homemade.
For dessert DO NOT MISS the banana pudding cake. It tastes just like banana pudding but in cake form...I know really descriptive but seriously it is amazing.
