Quiche Lorraine

Quiche Lorraine is one of my favorite things to make. It tastes absolutely delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; plus it is super easy to make! I received my recipe from one of my really good friends, an older French woman. The last time I saw her she told me I made quiche like a French woman, I was so proud!

{What you need: 1 pie shell, 8oz ham, 8oz cream, 3 eggs, 6oz grated Swiss cheese, 1/4 spoon French mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg}

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat eggs; add cream, mustard and cheese; add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Dice ham into cubes; place in pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over ham in pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes; or until knife comes out clean.
Serve with salad.
